The 2017 Tennessee Knockout is over and we’re proud to announce that our rider, Quinn Wentzle, got 9th overall at this race! This is one of the toughest races in the world, most don’t even finish. Quinn did excellent to get 9th in a field of the best riders in the world!
We’ve got some pictures of Quinn from the race, as well as a great YouTube video and some articles to share. But first, let’s hear from Quinn’s mother, Diane:
|Hi Rodney – with a National, as well as an international stacked field – Quinn made it to the elite final 15 in the Tennessee Knockout for the fourth time in five years and finished 9th overall. Totally unbelievable race this year. The Intensity of the track – the hot weather and the competition made it the toughest knock out to date and from all the riders’ opinions – the toughest race they’ve ever ridden. Big names were knocked out including Kyle Redmond , Wally Palmer – the entire Japanese team – the Spaniard that Sherco flew in – the list goes on. Quinn represented Beaver Creek Cycle and Husqvarna very well with professionalism and class as always and we are extremely proud of him. He’s definitely one to watch – and is being watched . Thank you once again for the wonderful bikes – we appreciate you! I have a big 16 x 20 poster of Quinn for you that he will bring down for the shop! The 4 stroke is already on a transport for Vegas this weekend for the first round of Endurocross – take care Rodney!! Diane – please see the link below for the Dirt Rider Race Report – a good photo of Quinn at the start of one of the Knockout races battling it out with Max Gerston and Wally Palmer.|
